All data is sourced directly from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) monthly incorporation reports — the official Government of India portal for company registrations.
How fresh is the data?
We update the database as soon as MCA publishes new monthly reports. The latest dataset covers March 2026 with 20+ lakh total records going back to 2013.
What fields are included?
CIN / LLPIN / FCIN, company name, state, class (Private/Public), company type, NIC industry/activity code, paid-up capital (for 2013–2021 data), and date of registration.
What format will I receive?
CSV for Starter and all plans; CSV + Excel (XLSX) for Professional and above. Files are structured, clean, and ready to import into Excel, CRM or marketing tools.
